  • Customer satisfaction and service quality benchmarking - Wide ranging experience in this area, including surveys to identify and review performance on value and loyalty drivers, assess performance relative to the competition, measure and understand Net Promoter Score, and evaluate service perceptions at key points in the customer journey (i.e. quotations, claims, mid-term adjustment, renewal, exit).
  • Proposition testing – We have completed numerous qualitative and quantitative research projects to gauge reactions to new product and service propositions for personal (motor, pet) and commercial (SME, Professional & Financial Risk, Engineering Inspection).
  • Campaign evaluation – Pre, mid and post tracking studies to evaluate the success of advertising campaigns in increasing awareness and shifting perceptions of insurers.
  • Branding research – We worked with a major insurer to test four brand propositions across a number of markets worldwide. The research involved completing focus groups and over 2000 depth telephone interviews using online stimuli, all in the local languages of the countries surveyed. The research was designed, completed and presented to the Board within a five week period, and the output provided clear direction on where to take the brand.
  • Market segmentation – Our segmentation experience is wide ranging, and includes work within life assurance to develop a model for targeting the pre-retirement market.
